 Blue Sky Energy Rating is owned by Rick Shilliday who earned his BS from the University of Illinois and spent more than 20 years building, renovating and managing commercial construction projects in retail environments throughout the Midwest. He has won national awards for quality and reliability. Since retiring from construction, Rick became a LEED AP and has shifted his focus to residential green building and energy efficiency. Rick oversees all of Blue Sky's home energy ratings.
